I’m Andy — a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach with over 20 years of experience helping real people get strong, move better, and ditch the quick fixes for good.
I work with folks who’ve tried it all — the fads, the guilt trips, the “start again Monday” mindset — and are ready for something sustainable. Something human.
My job isn’t to yell at you or make you hate burpees. It’s to meet you where you are, build a plan that actually fits your life, and coach you through the messy middle.
You bring the body and the desire to feel better. I’ll bring the strategy, accountability, and a few good jokes along the way.

Our indoor barefoot training sessions blend full-body strength, cardio, flexibility, and self-myofascial release (aka foam rolling and recovery work). It’s functional fitness designed to build a stronger, more capable body that keeps up with your real life.
